📍 Vendor Reminders
- Arrive during your assigned setup window.
- Bring your own 10’ x 10’ canopy (white preferred or professionally branded).
- Bring tables, chairs, display materials, and your own power source. Power banks are strongly recommended, as electricity is not guaranteed.
- Canopies must be secured with 30–40 lbs. of weight per leg. Fort Bliss is known for occasional wind gusts, and vendor safety is a top priority.
- Plan inventory for a full nine-hour festival. Evening concert attendees often create a second wave of shopping, so vendors should stock accordingly.
