📍 Vendor Reminders

  • Arrive during your assigned setup window.
  • Bring your own 10’ x 10’ canopy (white preferred or professionally branded).
  • Bring tables, chairs, display materials, and your own power source. Power banks are strongly recommended, as electricity is not guaranteed.
  • Canopies must be secured with 30–40 lbs. of weight per leg. Fort Bliss is known for occasional wind gusts, and vendor safety is a top priority.
  • Plan inventory for a full nine-hour festival. Evening concert attendees often create a second wave of shopping, so vendors should stock accordingly.
