We are excited to welcome vendors back for our third year at Neon Paint Party — one of El Paso’s largest summer nightlife experiences.

Last year’s event brought in close to 10,000 attendees, and Neon Paint Party continues to attract a strong 18–34 demographic with a well-balanced mix of male and female shoppers looking for fun, interactive, impulse-friendly festival products.

This is a high-energy, fast-paced, late-night event built around:
- Water rides
- DJs & entertainment
- Colorful paint experiences
- Festival culture
- Social media moments
- Music, movement, and nonstop interaction

The event runs from 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM.

# VENDOR TIPS FOR SUCCESS

Neon Paint Party moves FAST.

The vendors who perform best are the ones who create an experience, keep energy high, and make shopping easy for attendees throughout the night.

We strongly recommend:
- Bright lighting & eye-catching displays
- High-visibility signage
- Easy-to-carry products
- Fast checkout methods
- Multiple staff members at your booth
- Interactive elements that encourage photos & engagement

For vendors selling larger or bulkier items, we highly recommend offering a:
## “Hold & Pick-Up Later” system

This allows customers to:
- Purchase during peak traffic hours
- Leave items safely with the vendor
- Return later in the night for pickup

We recommend collecting:
- Customer name
- Phone number
- Item description

This system tends to work extremely well in high-volume festival environments where attendees may not want to carry larger purchases around the park all night.

IMPORTANT EVENT EXPECTATIONS

Neon Paint Party is NOT a traditional daytime market.

This is a large-scale nighttime festival with:
- Thousands of attendees
- Loud music
- Constant movement
- Water attractions
- Limited setup time
- High-energy crowd interaction

Vendors should come prepared with:
- A professional booth setup
- A white 10x10 canopy
- Proper canopy weights
- Lighting fixtures
- Battery packs / power banks
- Enough staffing to operate all night
- Fast checkout capability
- Extra inventory
- Strong customer engagement

Vendors are fully responsible for bringing all necessary lighting and power solutions for their booth.

# SETUP & OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Wet N’ Wild closes to daytime guests shortly before the event begins, meaning vendor setup happens within a very limited operational window.

Vendors MUST:
- Arrive on time
- Be fully prepared
- Be capable of unloading and completing setup quickly
- Follow all RISE 915 staff instructions immediately
- Be operational before doors reopen

This is a fast-transition environment and requires vendors who are organized, mobile, and capable of working efficiently under time-sensitive conditions.

# SAFETY & LIABILITY

While security will be onsite and RISE 915 Market will work hard to maintain a safe environment, all vendors participate at their own risk.

By purchasing a booth, vendors acknowledge and agree:
- They are responsible for their own booth, inventory, staffing, and equipment
- RISE 915 Market, Wet N’ Wild Waterworld, Neon Paint Party, affiliates, sponsors, and venue partners are not liable for theft, damage, injury, weather, crowd-related incidents, or operational losses
- Vendors assume full responsibility for maintaining safe operations within their assigned space
- Vendors agree to comply with all event requirements and vendor guidelines

This event is high-volume, high-energy, and not intended for inexperienced vendors who are unprepared for large-scale festival operations.
