Vendor Guidelines & Requirements
To maintain a consistent, professional, and welcoming market environment, all vendors are required to follow the standards below.
Booth Size & Setup
• Standard booth space is 10x10
• White canopies may be required depending on event format
• Tents must be properly weighted for safety
• Floor-length tablecloths are required
• Tables and displays must be clean, organized, and intentional
Presentation Standards
RISE 915 Market is a curated environment. All vendors must maintain a professional and polished presentation.
• No handwritten paper signage
• All signage must be clean, legible, and professionally presented
• Handmade items must reflect quality craftsmanship and intentional finishing
• Inventory should be displayed neatly — no clutter or visible storage boxes
Texas Cottage Food Information
Food vendors must comply with Texas Cottage Food Laws.

Night Market Requirements (When Applicable)
• Vendors are responsible for their own lighting
• Power banks and necessary electrical accommodations must be provided by the vendor
• Lighting should be warm and inviting (no harsh floodlights)
Conduct & Professionalism
RISE 915 Market maintains a respectful and community-focused environment.
• No foul language
• No disrespect toward the Market Coordinator, staff, or fellow vendors
• No disruptive behavior
Professional communication is expected at all times.
Setup & Breakdown Policy
• No setup prior to the Market Coordinator arriving
• Vendors must comply with designated setup windows
• No breakdown before official market closing time
• Early breakdown is only permitted if specifically instructed by the Market Coordinator
Failure to comply may affect future participation.
