RISE 915 Market – Vendor Booth (Freedom Crossing at Fort Bliss)
Thank you for your interest in participating in the RISE 915 Markets at Freedom Crossing at Fort Bliss. These markets are curated community events designed to showcase local artisans, farmers, cottage food producers, and small businesses in a professional marketplace environment serving military families and the surrounding community.
This vendor registration applies to both Day Market and Night Market events hosted at Freedom Crossing.
All vendors must review and follow the presentation and logistics guidelines below prior to applying.
Vendor Space
Each vendor space includes:
• One 10ft x 10ft booth space If you need more room you need to purchase multiple spacing
• Space for one canopy and one table setup
• Booth placement assigned by the vendor coordinator
Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment including:
• canopy
• tables
• chairs
• weights for tents
• display materials
Electricity is not guaranteed unless specifically approved.
Market Presentation Standards
Because Freedom Crossing is a high-visibility retail environment on a military installation, vendors must maintain a clean, professional presentation.
The following standards apply:
Canopies
- Only white canopies or commercial-grade branded canopies are permitted 10x10 only
- No mismatched or damaged tents
- All tents must be properly secured with weights at least 75lbs
Tables
- All tables must be covered with floor-length black tablecloths
- Tablecloths must reach the ground on all visible sides
- Colored overlays or decorative runners are permitted on top of the black base
Booth Appearance
- Booths must remain clean, organized, and professional
- No clutter, storage boxes, or loose items visible around the booth area
- All packaging materials must be hidden under the table or properly stored
Signage
- Handmade signs must be artisan-quality (chalkboard, wood, framed signage, etc.)
- Loose printed paper signs, taped paper, or hanging sheets are not permitted
- Professionally printed signage and branded displays are encouraged
Vendor Arrival & Setup
Due to installation regulations and event coordination requirements:
• Vendors may not arrive or begin setup before vendor approval
• Setup times will be provided once your vendor space is confirmed
• Vendors must check in with the vendor coordinator upon arrival
Early setup or unauthorized setup is not permitted.
Vendor spaces will be assigned by the event coordinator on site.
Vendor Categories Accepted
Markets are curated to create a balanced shopping experience and may include:
• handmade goods
• artisan products
• boutique retail
• farmers and agricultural products
• cottage food vendors (prepackaged items only unless otherwise approved)
• specialty products and small business retail
Vendor approval is required prior to participation.
Food Vendors & Food Trucks
Food trucks and prepared food vendors must apply separately.
Food vendors are subject to:
• AAFES approval
• installation health department review
• vendor placement coordination
Approved food vendors will be contacted separately with placement instructions.
Vendor Conduct
All vendors must:
• remain open for the full duration of the market
• maintain a professional presentation
• comply with all Fort Bliss and Freedom Crossing regulations
Failure to follow vendor guidelines may result in removal from the event and/or exclusion from future markets.
Vendor Approval
Submitting a booth registration does not guarantee placement.
All vendors are reviewed to ensure a balanced marketplace.
Once approved, vendors will receive:
• setup instructions
• arrival times
• booth placement details
The RISE 915 Markets are designed to support local small businesses while creating a vibrant community shopping experience for military families and the El Paso community.
